Mindful Seeking (Author Interview)

Mindful Seeking, looks like a great spiritual book. Any plans for this to be part of a series?

I personally, love the idea of mindfulness and mindfully living your life.

After ‘Mindful Seeking’ was published, I have completed
several courses on mindfulness, which has enriched my life in more ways, I can count.

I am working on my next book, explaining various mindfulness practices, which can be helpful to anyone, who are willing to live in conscious state of mind.

What inspired you when writing Mindful Seeking?

What inspired me to write this book, are my 2 young sons, and I wanted to write few spiritual lessons for them as they embark on this beautiful life.

As I was writing it, I felt the message of living an aware and conscious life, is much bigger and should reach a wider audience. That’s how I decided to publish this book on a bigger platform.

What are your ambitions for your writing career? Full time? Part time?

My ambition is to write and teach mindfulness, full time. I am watching me walk my path.

When did you decide to become a writer?

I decided to be a writer, since I was little. I love to write, and am always looking for little lessons, which life teaches us.

I thought of joining these two passions and hence, this book was born.

When writing Mindful Seeking did anything stand out as particularly challenging?

With ‘Mindful Seeking’, the challenging part was to come in the zone of inspired writing.

I personally believe the moment, when you just let yourself immerse in the message of the book, is when you get the best writing.

When you start to struggle and want to force your writing on the paper, that’s when it doesn’t happen.

What do you like to do when not writing?

I love to spend time with my boys and see them get excited with just the smallest things in life. They are my biggest reminder of joyful living,
