Coaching Che Guevara is an adventure to read. With the author as your traveling companion, you’ll visit his family, his many friends and the varied and meaningful places he’s been. There are lots of moments that stay with you and satisfy your soul. Alejandro Fogel writes in a unique way and shares his sometimes ironic and occasionally unusual outlook on the world.

Also an artist and photographer, he has included many stunning photographs and artwork that bring these memories and philosophical thoughts to life. More than a memoir, this book is a thoughtful and intelligent peek into the life of some really interesting people and concepts.

I tried to read it slowly, in small sections just to prolong the experience. I ended up unable to put it down for very long. Yes, he really did coach Che Guevara, but . . . well, perhaps you should read it and find out yourself just what it means. This is a book worth reading, sharing, and reading again.
