Facebook postings became a stress reliever for me as I cared for my Mother (nicked named Gforce by my Daughter) who had Alzheimer's. I had no clue when my Mother received the diagnose as to what we would face. It affects not only your memory of people, but the ability to do everyday task, understand body functions and their personality. The Mother I knew most of my life was gone only to appear on occasion. I had to learn to laugh at the little things and it was okay to cry about the bigger ones.
