I am in the process of drafting book two of a three part series.

What do you think makes a great self-help book?

I think a great self-help book delivers to the reader several practical ways and means to overcome whatever challenge or obstacle that the reader is facing. It should provide doable answers and the reader should have courage and the tools to overcome.

What inspired you when writing God's Just Trying to Get the Juice Out?

I was inspired to write about the challenges that I was experiencing, being diagnosed with a rare form of Cancer. All the questions that I had for God and the answers that He provided me gave me hope and increased my faith in Him.

What are your ambitions for your writing career? Full time? Part time?

I endeavor to write full time. I am also a full time Pastor and businessman. So my time is very limited but writing is my passion.

When did you decide to become a writer?

I always had a passion for writing and sharing my heart on paper. It just really came to fruition over time and my finally committing to do it.

When writing God's Just Trying to Get the Juice Out did anything stand out as particularly challenging?

Finding the time to sit down and write, being a new Pastor really took a lot of my time and being married with three children really created challenges with finding time to write.

How did you come up with the ideas and concepts in God's Just Trying to Get the Juice Out?

I really wanted to encourage others that were in a season of trials and tests, that God is right there waiting to give the answers to go through successfully and win.

What do you like to do when not writing?

I enjoy reading and honing my craft as a writer. I read about eight to ten books a month. I am also a Marvel, DC comics, and Star Wars fanatic.
