Lily Faye and the Mighty Oak looks like a fun childrens book.  What can you tell us about Lily?

Lily Faye is a fun loving frog that loves adventure and likes to explore. She is very curious and enjoys learning.

How long did it take you to write Lily Faye and the Mighty Oak?

One day I was driving  in my car and the story popped in my head. I actually pulled to the side and wrote it on a spare piece of paper. I forgot about the story for a few months and ran across it while looking for something. I really liked the story and felt I had to share it with others. I wrote the story in a matter of minutes but it took me a few months to make Lily Faye flourish into the fun loving creature she is.

How were the illustrations done in Lily Faye and the Mighty Oak?

I found a wonderful illustrator and I told her what I was looking for and she did an awesome coming up with the image. I wanted to make sure everyone know Lily Faye was a girl so I had her add pearls.
