Entrepreneurial Mindset looks like a great guide.  Can you tell us a little about it?

Well, it’s definitely a “Part 2” of Da Grustle: 1 Million in the Making where I basically use what I went through in my life to tell everyone that entrepreneurship is not easy. This is the same, I use what I am going through in my life with me being a husband, father, and entrepreneur and turned it into a guide. One thing I wish I had was some guidance on doing all three of these things so that is also one of the reasons I wrote this book.

Any plans to turn it into a series?

At first no but this will now be apart of a series, yes. The first book Da Grustle: 1 Million in the Making then this book being the second and I am working on a third book already called Husband, Father, CEO. The third book would be more personal than Entrepreneurial Mindset.

What inspired the idea for your book?

My life, it has always been an inspiration when I write books. Similar to my first book one of the things that inspired me to write this is that everyone asking how I do it all. How do I be a husband, father, and an entrepreneur. Also, I wish I had something like this to help me figure things out.

What will readers get out of your book?

The main thing readers will get is what is needed to have an entrepreneurial mindset. That’s with being a husband, father, and entrepreneur. There is so much more also, I give the blueprint on how to have 120% self-awareness. How to balance all 3 titles, also how to keep your business going while dealing with challenges that come with being a husband and a father. That is what the readers will get plus a few gems on having the right mindset on all 3 things.

Did anything stick out as particularly challenging when writing Entrepreneurial Mindset?

Yes, I tried not to make it too personal. I wanted to balance personal and information. I wanted to make sure I give the readers information they can use more then me talking about my life. At the same time the reader would like to know more about the “Real Life” part and get to know the author more, but I did not want to push that. In my next book I am looking to do that but not in this one.

Can you tell us a little about your background?

Well, I went to college online for Business and Computer information. When I went for business, I found out I could start my business without a degree, so I dropped out after the first semester. Looking back, I should have stayed in but it is what it is. When I went for computer information I dropped out after my second semester because of life. After moving out my mom house and I was about to have a baby on the way, school was too much to handle at the time, so I dropped out. I worked in manufacturing 15+ years and learned a much from leaders within the company and used that in my own business. Within that time I started my branding company working with many other entrepreneurs with working on their brands and publishing 2 books.
