Questions on God and the Bible (Author Interview)

Questions on God and the Bible looks like a great guide.  Can you tell us a little about it?

This is a book about the most common, but controversial in the same time questions on God and the Bible.

Any plans to turn it into a series?

Yes, if God wills, I will publish a second volume of it.

How long did it take you to write Questions on God and the Bible?

As this book deals with different topics on God and the Bible, I didn’t write it in one time. It took me around two years, but in between I also wrote some other blog posts and worked on different projects.

What motivated you to become a writer?

The desire to reach people that I would never have reached in another way.

How did you come up with the title to your book?

I initially wrote on the topics found in this book separately and then later on I thought that these are actually questions people are having about God. This is also what motivated me to write on these topics at first. It was because I had these questions too and then I found the answers in the God’s word – the Bible. My invitation is for anyone reading this book, to read the Bible at the same time so that he can receive a clearer understanding on what I mean in this book.

What will readers get out of your book?

Many of us have unanswered questions and doubts about the divine, about God and His word. I do not pretend to have given all and complete answers on the topics this book is dealing with. The answers I gave are just small part of the vast knowledge of God, but it is important to consider what each believer has to say on these topics. Obviously, there are mysteries of which we don’t have clear answers, but I believe that in general God doesn’t want us to stay in the dark without knowing the reason for which things happen and without finding answers. He wants us to pursue the truth.
