Pipps looks like an exciting children’s story.  Can you tell us a little about it?

Pipps is a children story with a message for all ages. Pipps teach us that we have all we need Now to be happy. We need to learn to value our blessings in order to be happy.

 

Any plans to turn it into a series?

YES. It's already a series

"Paws with Wings"

And many more to come.
Jack the adventure is coming to tell you what happen to him after he left Pipps. Stay tuned.

 

How were the illustrations done in Pipps?

 I have the fortune to have an excellent illustrator as a partner in my books. My niece Denise Navidad.

We spend lots of time creating each one the characters from the colours to the expression.

 

What inspired the idea for your book?

 I think my inspiration was myself.

I was always looking for happiness outside of me thinking this or that will be the answer looking for "Jack" everywhere until I realize that I had and have everything I need already.
Pipps with a simple language is teaching us the same.

What will readers get out of your book?

 I hope they understand my 2 message with Pipps.

1. Be happy and thankful NOW don't waste your time and life chasing stuff to be happy.
And 2. Buddy teach us that Love is unselfish and always giving if it's real you will know it by its actions.
Love is giving not taking.

 

What part of the book was the most fun to write?

 Pipps believe it or not make me cry and also make me laugh.

The part when she came back was my favorite.

 

How did you come up with the story and ideas in Pipps?

This story was evolving for many years until finally I wrote it in a plane.

I was traveling on vacation to DR and decided to write it down on paper the first draft. So Pipps like a bird started in a plane and it's for real I did not planned it just happen.

 

What do you like to do when not writing?

I Love to walk and dance. It makes me feel alive and also helps me with my physical and mental health.

Another of my passion is traveling, just like Pipps want to know and experiences the world.
