Clear Career Inclusive (3 book series) (Author Interview)


Clear Career Inclusive looks like a great self-help guide.  Can you tell us a little about it?

Clear Career Inclusive is a book series consisting of three books. Clear Career Inclusive aims to support inclusion by developing young leaders in workplaces. 

Book 1: Raising Your Rare Personality is about understanding MBTI Personality types and their Ideal Careers, focusing on Rare Personality Types.

Book 2: Upgrade as Futuristic Empaths is for those who want to understand how Empathy can be developed as a strength and discusses five steps to build a profile for successful careers.

Book 3: Onboard as Inclusive Leaders helps to develop the essential qualities required for an inclusive leader, understand unconscious biases, the importance of psychological safety, and how it impacts workplace productivity.


How long did it take you to write Clear Career Inclusive?

All three books got published in the year 2022. However, the concepts and topics evolved over years of learning and observation from personal experiences & reading.


That’s an amazing cover. Can you tell us a little about it?

Book covers are about understanding the uniqueness of personality types, The Need to develop Empathy as a strength for successful careers, and how every type can engage to promote & benefit from inclusion in workplaces.


When did you first realize you wanted to be a writer?

I decided to write when I discovered my personality strengths and what I am good at naturally. It came as a surprise and excitement as I searched long about the purpose of life and explored many means of work. My personality type is called Natural Counselor. I found myself doing what I am best at, and Counselors love to help people understand themselves. 


What inspired you when writing Clear Career Inclusive?

Studying personality types made me realize that some of the personality types find it difficult to grow as they are rare and don’t see many people like themselves around. They have their strengths and need not compare themselves with the types who are in the majority. I also explored their challenges & opportunities, which helped me complete the other two books in the series with relevant solutions.


What will readers get out of your book?

It’s an understanding of how people are different that comes, developing Empathy as a strength, and how being inclusive can benefit. Readers will understand their unique cognitive functions, the need for cognitive diversity, and how it is helpful personally & professionally.


Did anything stick out as particularly challenging when writing Clear Career Inclusive?

No. This book series had to happen. I had to align with the right mindset and match experiences with the information from the references. All the required resources were in front of me at the right time.  


What do you like to do when not writing?

Reading comes alongside writing. I have extended family, a few friends, mentors & communities of authors/counselors, and interaction with them is the next thing I do after taking care of my home, my husband, and my son.
