about it?
The book is about the importance for each one of us to
embark on a grand adventure of our own. This book is about taking a leap of
faith to do something outlandish, to do something for yourself, to completely
be free and see what comes of it. To embark on an adventure that excites you!

Can you tell us about it?
The thing about adventure, is that it doesn’t have to be any
specific thing. It could be a camping trip with your family, a weekend road
trip or your first-time stepping foot on a sailboat. I believe both nature and
travel are important aspects of adventure and wanted to express that with the
cover.

What inspired the idea for the book?
I’ve known for a long time I needed to write this to help anyone
who is feeling stuck, unfulfilled, or longing for something more (including
myself). Though I didn’t feel I had that exciting foundational story to bring
it all together... until recently. The kick-off to the book starts with a scene
from my coast-to-coast flying adventure, where I flew a small vintage airplane
across Canada solo when I was 29.
How did you come up with the title for the book?
You’ll have to see in the first two chapters.
Did anything stick out as particularly challenging when
writing Adventure Now?
Making sure it was captivating while also having real life
practical actions that anyone can take to embark on their own adventures.
What do you like to do when not writing?
Dream up the next adventure of course! There is something
interesting about a long-term RV trip I’ve been contemplating of for a while :)
