The Growth Blueprint looks like a great book.  What can you tell us about it?

This book is personal.
I wrote it so that soon it will help my family and friends and their kids become better people. Become stronger people and successful humans. And in hopes that if it helps 1 it can help plenty.

Any plans to turn it into a series?

The growth blueprint is part of what I call the trifecta of being a better person, it is and isn’t part of a series, The 3 other books I published go hand in hand or can be read stand alone.
Personally, I suggest reading the power of optimism first, followed by the power of confidence, the growth blueprint and finally embracing emotions.

What inspired the idea for the book?

I have a fear the world is changing too quickly, and in this change, we are losing ourselves.
In a normal scenario we would find time to adapt to change if it is one thing at a time, our reality is not that. We are faced with multiple changes daily, we are lied to by social media and the influencers. We are focusing too much on the influences around us cannot balance our reality with our wants.
The world is no longer going to be the same 10 years from today, I wanted to imprint the last 10 years of my sessions with my clients and what worked for them in various aspects of their lives, balancing work and home, personal and private lives, influences from outside impacting their lives, influences in their homes that impact their ability to go on day to day without losing the strength or willingness to go one. This book offers insight on what has worked for them and in hope that it will for people who feel lost today.

How did you come up with the title for the book?

Following the thought process, Optimism, Confidence ..this book talks about resilience.
Being resilient when you are optimistic, and have found the confidence that nothing will change those two things in your life.

Did anything stick out as particularly chllenging when writing The Growth Blueprint?

We as people are stronger, much stronger than we give ourselves credit for. Society is molded for the betterment of the masses, but that does not mean the strength of an individual should be ignored. After all Masses are made of individuals.

The chapter sustaining personal growth and unleashing your inner power, those two chapters are crucial reminders of what we are capable of.

What do you like to do when not writing?

I am a father of 2, one boy who is 2.5 years old and 1 girl who just turned 1.
I am inspired by them, and they give me the inspiration to keep writing and helping others so that the y kids, and everyone elses kids have a future that is not so dark as what seems to be happening with todays world.
I hope the future finds the strength to be united for a happier world. A Balanced world.
