Bush’s run as governor of Texas and President of the United States, in which there were two controversies alleging the destruction of performance documents. In the back of the book is an appendix of documentary evidence that alleges to show the destruction of another National Guard performance record.

Bush was declared unfit for duty and suspended from service.
