Carbs Credit and Consistency looks like a great self-help guide.  Can you tell us a little about it?

My book is about unhealthy weight and credit card challenges young adults encounter entering adulthood. The book details personal experiences that lead to bad eating habits and poor credit.  It provides the Blueprint on how to AVOID many traps, pitfalls and pot holes in the financial world and physically.

Any plans to turn it into a series?

Yes this will be a series of books that will help improve your physical and financial health for a lifetime.

How long did it take you to write Carbs Credit and Consistency?

The book took a little over 2 years to write and publish.  Market research and my personal experiences made up the bulk of the time.  I didn’t want to leave anything out and give readers everything.

What inspired you when writing Carbs Credit and Consistency?

The inspiration for the book came after seeing numerous clients needing help to lose weight. Majority of my clients weight gain started in college. We are in an obesity epidemic and I really wanted to help.  Also I started a credit repair business and mainly all of my client’s debt started after high school.  Financial literacy was not taught to young adults and I had to help.

What will readers get out of your book?

Readers get a wealth of knowledge of how lose weight, eat healthy and stay in great shape. They will learn about the foods that make you overweight and how to make healthy substitutions.  Also they will learn how to keep quite a lot of money in their pockets by having good credit and the downfall that can happen if you don’t maintain good credit.

How did you come up with the story and ideas in Carbs Credit and Consistency?

Life was rough for me after leaving college with extremely bad credit and health.  It took over 10 years to recover from the mistakes that was made due to credit illiteracy and poor food choices.  I decided to buckle down and make a major comeback.  I was able to do it. Now, I want to give back and help others stop the cycle.

Did anything stick out as particularly challenging when writing Carbs Credit and Consistency?

The challenge to writing the book was going back and forth with more content.  Every day something new would hit my brain on content to add.  Thank God it all came together!

What do you like to do when not writing?

When not writing I like to work out and train athletes in all sports.  I’m a sports fanatic I also just picked up golfing and enjoy playing around the world.
